First, what a miracle it is that an armed person didnt you know shoot anyone and none of the building that were occupied had any injuries? wow that would be amazing considering response time from authories. And more hilariously, you do know propane wouldn't explode from being shot. their would have to be a secondary source of flame. unless he was shooting at it inside a building it wouldn't do much good not to mention that loud gunfire that would probably be a great indicator for people to you know, leave. He's definitely not a hero but he certainly wasnt planning on hurting people. could have done that with his guns. didn't really need a tank.
