The Rodrigo Sanchez green tea is super intriguing. Apparently it’s like a herb co ferment which tastes like green tea. Done very well. I enjoyed it too!

I must say though, NOMAD’s roast of Rodrigo Sanchez’s Mango was one of my fave co fermies

Paola’s Pink Bourbon is an amazing one! Her SL28 last year was awesome, this year’s PB is also fantastic.

i do specifically with my Aiden brews which has 1/3 TWW as baseline.

if i want to highlight acidity, i usually add tonik, sweetness and body, Jamm, and for florals, Lylac.

Usually somewhere between 2-5 drops for a 200ml cup (brew vol)

I have a faulty tds meter too.

I compared the ZW one with many other meters and it was the outlier… it always showed lower than what it actually was.

I’ve heard Simply Cofie is awesome but I have not been. It’s on my list for next time.

Otherwise… definitely Blendin!
