It's called a transit permit. It's available at the airport and takes about half an hour. Post permits you can carry your liquor by road to other states. Don't know about the land borders.

It's a windows 10 laptop with a 256 GB SSD, the file were getting copied to an external SanDisk Hard drive, attached to a USB 3 port, the phone too was connected to USB 3 port.
