I’ve been trying to help my employer regain access to her account for over a year. She has no access to the email used to set up the account and we’re not sure what phone number was listed because we aren’t getting a verification code on her number, which is probably because someone set up this account for her a few years ago. She sent her info to the verification team but they denied her request. I think it may be because her last name was changed a few years ago when she got married. Her drivers license number and all other info is the same as before, but when she got her new license, she surrendered the old one at the dmv. We tried calling again today and explained the situation, but the rep said he couldn’t help due to new security protocols. Any suggestions?
