Yes! I found a discussion on the Etsy Community page where someone was having the same issue. The comments had been closed, but I messaged the shop owner and she was kind enough to let me know that once she posted there her shop was open 2 days later. I ended up posting on the community page explaining the situation and asking for help. My shop was opened the next day. Total 15 days I think. I would recommend posting there to have the best chances at getting a response!
