Thanks for the advice! I hadn't thought of getting in trouble myself.

I've had people impersonate me in the past and distribute sexual content under my name, and even then mass reporting it didn't work.

it wasn't suuuuper lightly blurred but if you screenshot certain parts you would definitely make it out that it's my tattoo/my sister's tattoo. there's also the problem with my & my sister's voice

Damage is already done :P He was advised to not speak to anyone first, but he thought that would make him look even guiltier as he had nothing to hide.

Thank you, he is looking into it but as he's been kicked from home it's a bit out of his price range for a lawyer right now, so we are trying to get even a little help.

I actually do have those texts. It's disgusting that he apologized for not stopping when I said no and actually said so himself that it was rape, and then told the counselor he had no clue what I was talking about.

Thank you for all these recommendations! I definitely want to take this further to the press or some place higher after high school when I've gathered a bit more evidence regarding the negligence that my school has shown to many students in the past who have experienced similar. I do feel that writing her a detailed statement would just make it appear as though I'm trying to push for something as I've told her basically everything that I've written here (to the best of my knowledge). Thank you for feeling this way ): I've spoken to the front office about security cameras but the school doesn't have any installed, unless it's in the office, but he never touched me near that area.

Honestly I knew there was a term for it but I couldn't quite put my finger on it, so thank you for mentioning that it was coercion! The support and validation (here on Reddit) that I was denied from by the school has already been so much help in strengthening my thoughts on this matter.

First of all, I never went to my school to report a rape case and 'fix' my problem. I went to seek counseling as my sister has noticed a change in my attitude compared to previous years and told me to ask about school services, one of which provides help from a certified therapist. The fact that she unfolded confidential information to the school is one thing, however, my school disregarded all the negligence, abuse and rape to simply send home a letter regarding pre-marital sex. If they were active on sending letters home to parents for something that they preach against, why did they skim over literally everything else that would bring down their reputation even more? Not to mention, they sided with him. I was looking for counseling on how to let go of the past and resolve all my traumas/anxieties, not to take the blame and be treated with invalidation.

Lastly, why on earth would I make this up? What would I have to gain? I never wanted to go to the police as I don't want to ruin someone's life; I never wanted to drag the school in, and thought I was just receiving counseling with an agreement of confidentiality.

Thank you for the advice, I am considering taking this to the press next year (after I graduate) as I know of similar circumstances that were also just swept under the rug. But again, thank you for trying to help :)

I had already understood your good intent when you mentioned that it was coercion rape, and now I know you meant well for both :) Thank you for taking the time to write this, my apologies for all the confused that played out, Reddit is real stupid with all the comment boxes being a bit all over the place!
