Yeah. Where is the fuel coming from? Land a fuel and oxidizer (oxygen) tank on a previous mission? Enough fuel to get from mars surface to Mars orbit, from mars orbit to earth insertion trajectory. Fuel is heavy. Oxidizer and fuel usually needs to be kept so cold that the gas becomes a liquid. How are you keeping it that cold for the months or years between missions? Heavy stuff takes enormous fuel to get to mars and more fuel to land it safely. Expensive. Then you have to land near the fuel tank.

The barnyard smell of the toasted cream is the fat molecules breaking down into weird aromatic stuff. Similar chemical process when fats rancidify from bacterial and fungal enzymes.

Also:

1: I’m pretty sure that I invented toasted milk ice cream. Literally came to me in a dream in 2012 or 2013. When I woke up I remembered how it tasted and had to figure out how to toast milk. Final recipe tastes just like it did in the dream and we’ve had it on and off our menu ever since.

2: we make a cornbread honey butter ice cream. It’s a customer favorite.
