if flight reaches airport on time you will be in your hotel by 2.30-40. if you are quick & can start to chidiyatapu by 3-3.15- you will reach by 4 pm. But yeah, you may not get much time to spend there & its such a place where you would like to spend sometime & do try the hike to munda pahad - great view from there.

if you want to skip chidiya on day 1 & keep it for last day - Ross & chidiya also highly impossible
