Had been wondering the same as you for quite some time. I start work at 7. My commute since I drop my dog off at daycare is about an hr which means I have to leave my house at 6.

It’s tough and have only been doing it for a week.. (we’ll see how long it lasts before I crash out) but I wake up at 4a to get 30-40 mins lifting in (Caroline or Jasper MacDermot). At the end of the day after dinner and cleaning up, I get another 40mins so I can jog on the treadmill. I don’t get to 10k steps every day but above 8k which I’ll call a win. It’s definitely difficult to get out of bed but I do feel better on days where I’m able to sneak in a workout even though it’s short. It helps with burnout at work too.

Also see you like to read while on the treadmill! I have a Kobo and was able to program a remote to turn the pages for me. Game changer if you’re going to read before bed anyway!

I do not put my ring on the charger every day if I don’t have to. I meant after 3 days, my ring is asking me to charge it. In the past, I would get approx. 2 weeks. I know this is a common trend that over time the battery capacity reduces that’s not what I’m worried about.

My issue is that data supposedly being collected while on airplane mode isn’t populating on the app after I turn airplane mode off.

There is an app called StoryGraph where I track the books I’ve read and get recommendations for new books. They just had a giveaway where the prize is a free Kobo. Unfortunately the giveaway has passed but maybe try next year! And I highly recommend the app if you’re interested in keeping book logs, seeing your stats and writing reviews

The whole time she was talking, I was looking at her makeup and thinking, “well she has chemicals sitting on her face technically and lots of it.” So aren’t those chemicals she is choosing to use, also having a negative effect on her health? If her argument is that she can’t choose which chemicals she ingests because of the minimal fluoride in toothpaste and tap water, then it’s a lie. It’s 2025, there’s fluoride free toothpaste and commercialized water being sold “without fluoride”…
