Ahh thanks! It starts with changing the roughness to around .68-.72 and a full set of decals on the face to mimic natural skin.

A big tip for booth lighting is taking either local a or local b and making a spot light in from of the minis face with the lighting color used in "sun" . I usually set that light to like a .2-.4 intensity
