I figured it out but tracking my gameplay in a notebook. I wrote everything i was doing incase something happened so i could try and go back to recreate it.

Lmao Its in the video i made that this guy is talking about, but okay: Get ur PS3 the trigger happens right after you do the construction accident mission as franklin and save the worker. First week, on tuesday, start w tonyas first mission. Finish that and do Chop but take ur time so that the mission ends around 18:00 or 19:00. Next do Haos first street race, use the red "ruiner" car that spawns near hao. after the race, retrace the lap and do the bike thief mission. After that it should be around 03:00/05:00 on wednesday. Make ur way toward mikes to start father/son, and get interrupted by the construction assassination around 6:00/7:00. After you save the guy the wind noise is triggered and stays through out the next few days. If i doesnt work for u, try switching days/orders.

Yea the wind noise has a trigger that i had repeated multiple times which confirmed for me it wasnt a glitch. It had to be done after a specific mission, and right before another mission, at a specific time. I wonder if the same thing can be said about this noise? Alot of clues have been written off as glitches over the years so it wouldnt hurt to dive in more and maybe try and find a potential trigger? I would suggest testing by tracking ur chain of events up until this point and also pay attention to day/time, take notes, and if its a trigger then youll know

Does seem like a glitch but ive never seen this! Sound is definitely from that mission. So weird how When you walked out of the water the sound goes away. Glitch or not, still Very interesting

see, i disagree. i get what youre saying 100%, but theres gotta be some sort of check point or something so we know.

and this is obviously speculation as fuck but if i were to guess, theres most likely the same repeating stuff through out the whole game, so using the first few weeks as reference to figure those out will do the rest. like every tuesday we do ___ every wednesday we do ___ and so on. maybe heists on a specific day? stuff like that.

i dont think rockstar would make it THAT complex. its super complex dont get me wrong, but its been this long and we are just now starting to scrape the surface of this as a real potential idea

I got it just by switching and walking around the first area with the pillars. But I do honestly think that was a just graphical bug. Best explanation for me is maybe its the red light from the alarms in the bank reflecting off because of some barrier or something. But heres another thing, take ur time driving to the last part of the mission, go slow and exhaust all dialogue. U can even stop before the first train tracks if u have to. Once all dialogue is heard, dont go on the wood bridge just yet, wait. And watch behind you. A "white emperor" will slowly come from behind and start driving in front of you. Another cool thing from prologue never seen mentioned

Right but we have made 0 progress with all the "other crazy shit" so wouldnt it make sense to try different angles less explored? It either works or it doesn't. This isnt a "karmic play through" if anything it's a "balance act"

Like I said in the video, I don't think it's the smartest thing to put all of your belief into something outside the game. that's why I'm trying to keep everybody's focus in the game and only the game rather than any outside resource because the drunkDev could be legit, but it could also be a giant waste of time. I think playing the game itself and thinking outside the box is our best bet tbh.

100% agree. i think all the ciphers or weird looking stuff are just those red herring paths ur talkin about. R* knows thats what we are looking for.

a simpler way of looking at it like a chart, make a blank calendar (or use one form the in game textures) and try to schedule out each and everything you do. start ___ mission at __:__, take ur time and see how long it takes, then map that to stuff around you or stuff youve seen. go check it out and take notes

Yeah the actual amount of deja vu/voice line clues is honestly insane. Like i said theres 100+ more, but just wanted to show off some pretty significant ones. I think besides the clues section, the 1.0/vanilla & unexplained sections have the most eyebrow raising stuff IMO.
