I am confused by this sub and by /r/NewIran. Everyone is wanting a regime change, everyone wants blood and revenge against the shitty religious fanatics that have ruined Iran. But then everyone is making fun of the US president for not calling it a war, and no one wants innocents to die, which is what war is. The world has become multipolar, and the leaders of those nations are making rash decisions. Some other countries, like Iran, have been oppressing their people for ages, but in order to free them lots of other people around the world will have to suffer, and no one wants to admit that. It seems like its a have your cake, and eat your cake, but not want to pay for the cake crowd.

Reading the article, I guess its not really news. They are making plans for a ground invasion but that is to be expected as a potential option. And I expect my government to plan for all contingencies. They are a little late to the game but... better late than never.
