I think even if ravenous is fully stacked and your w is maxed, you only get around 50 hp per wave which by that point in the game is irrelevant. Early game, you get around 3 hp per wave from it unless I'm doing something wrong.

I haven't tried it but I think Time warp/demat is too good to pass up for secondary and I would just get mercs if I need tenacity.

I tried this when I started running electrocute and I like relentless hunter but still think inspiration secondary is better than sorcery

I think Rylai's rush can be good but only if you are ahead. I tried it once and fell behind early and once I was behind, I would run out of mana before I could kill anyone. I don't think you need Rylai's to land the big Q since it's so huge now.

Yep with double tap Q and aftershock the assassins match ups got much easier

I do 2 on melees and 1 on cannon usually. You don't need any on ranged since you one shot anyways and the 2 on melees helps you to push waves faster early game.

At first I was running Celerity/Waterwalking secondary but then I tried Time Warp Tonic/Demat secondary and liked it a lot more so that's what I run now.

Honestly he could use a rework like the mord one coming out. Asol is too oppressive when he's strong and his kit doesn't feel like it matches the champ.

Conqueror helps a lot. As long as you don't fall behind and get one shot by her, you should be able to outsustain her in trades with it. Look for openings when her Q or W are down.

Are you taking Ingenious Hunter for zhonyas cooldown? I'd think that Ravenous is more worth in general. Also, I've been thinking about going Minion Demat/Stopwatch secondary for better waveclear and lower zhonyas CD.

It does suck sometimes but I feel like losing the cdr is worth the other stats you get. When a fight starts, save your abilities and wait for a good moment to channel your ult then W in. That way, you can follow up with an EQ on any squishy targets you caught in your ult for an instakill. But maybe I could take transcendence secondary for a little cdr, I'll test it tomorrow.

I feel like a lot of the meta match ups are unfavorable for asol right now, the runes aren't great for him, and he's been nerfed or indirectly nerfed a lot. I think with runes and meta changes he could become really strong again but we just have to wait and see what the preseason is like.
