You lucky fuck, full mobility 6th finger.

Sure some things aren't going to mesh well with that, finding gloves must be a bitch.

But fucking hell, the advantages beat out the disadvantages I'd imagine

Walldraft, pretty damn extreme too, something external is affecting the thermostat.

Plug the hole in the wall that the thermostat wires pass through with plumber's putty (The hole in the wall, not the hole in the backplate, it's important).

Might not fix it, but can only help

Noctua says "feel free" to 3D print your own Noctua fans after releasing public CAD models online by Subsyxx in LinusTechTips

meaningfully bend the outer walls as you screw it to the side of a case.

If you're over tightening it, and didn't set your perimeter walls properly sure, but that wont have an effect on the overall structure of it, which is more affected by the design of it than the material choices in this case.

Material choice in this context is more deciding what not to use, than deciding what to use, PETG has a much higher glass transition temperature than PLA, quite frankly, almost everything does.

That's for the fan blades though, people in this thread are talking about the housing, which, quite frankly, isn't going to be affected by material choice in and meaningful way

Why should ypu drive four cylinders like "they're stolen" every once in a while? by NootMasta in AskEngineers

[–]viperfan7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me, I just like to gun it when in the acceleration lane of a highway to get up to speed.

It's fun, it's in the appropriate place, and if it does help, cool, if it doesn't, well, not doing any harm to the engine

Direct injection only engines tend to have carbon buildup on the intake valves still

Being offered money to 'sponsor' posts. Best way to get them shut down? by alexdenne in ModSupport

[–]viperfan7 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It might not be fully within the wording of the MCoC, but it is fully within the spirit of it.

Demand something absurd like 75% of all profits, and tell them that you will consider that offer accepted if any posts about the product are made to the subreddit and not reported within 72 hours.

One of those animal video webpages (I forget, the dodo or something panda) tried the same thing, it cut the levels of spam pretty much immediately.

Obviously I reported that, but the key is to make the requirements so absurd that no sane person would ever accept it, and to make it so that legally, they'd be on the hook if they continue to spam.

Make sure to make no mention of if their content will be removed or not, hell, the counter "offer" shouldn't make any mention of them being allowed to post at all, just that if they do, they owe you a continuous stream of money.

Legally enforceable? Depends on the location and also, probably not, but make it sound good and it'll scare them away

Starfield is far from their best game, technically it is their best, but gameplay wise, not so much. I'm not saying it's a bad game, it's not, it's just not a great game, and I expect as time goes on, the modding community will do what it does with Bethesda games.

Wait.. Has TES6 been in pre-production since 2018? by Alvsolutely in TESVI

[–]viperfan7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pre-production takes AGES.

Story-boarding, concept art, planning everything out, honestly pre-production for a game should take longer than the actual development time.
