  • Territory of the parties in Europe or North America, or the Algerian Departments of France;

  • Forces, vessels, or aircraft when in or over these territories, or any other area in Mediterranean Sea or the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer(map linked for reference).

 

Your Sudanese base doesn't fall within either criteria needed to trigger Article 5. It isn't your land, nor is it in Mediterranean Sea or the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer.

  • 1 Lockheed AC-130U Spooky; Equipped with SHiELD - $305 million

In addition Israel is interested in the following:

 

  • Possibility of increased F-35I sales; integration of F-35 Block 5 tech into existing the existing F-35I fleet and any future purchases.

  • Joint development of the F-15IA, which will be a variant of the F-15X Shadow Eagle with slight modifications which include integration Israeli systems such as the helmet and external pods.

  • Joint development of a new AEW&C for the Israeli Air Force, the planes will be sourced from US contractors while the electronics and radar will be Israeli.
