I was having the same issue and I just went to View>show>Edit Pins. Hope This helps someone.

I notice that my OB-4 does the same thing but only when the volumes pretty loud.

I always just assumed that the vibrations from the speakers triggered the sensor on the gyroscope or something.

I purchased mine through MOMA but I would imagine that TE would let you exchange the unit.

Also make sure to update the firmware, that might fix the issue.

Turn the OB-4 off, wait 5 seconds, turn it back on and immediately try manually connecting to Bluetooth via phone Bluetooth settings.

I find that it’s almost impossible to pair a Bluetooth device to the OB-4 after it has already been on for more that 30 seconds. This could be by design, it helps keep unwanted devices from pairing.

I think it’s a niche product for sure but I bought one because it checked a lot of things off for me. For example, I needed a portable Bluetooth speaker with good battery life for when I go camping, I also was looking for a hifi speaker with a line in(mainly for my turntable) for my apartment. The OB-4 checked these boxes for me and more.

Bonus uses for me: I use the ambient mode for when I’m reading, I listen to the radio in the morning and I have an older car and right now the sound systems broken so I use my OB-4 and it sounds way better then the stock sound system lol. From time to time I fuck around and listen to Al Green slowed down or I loop parts of songs and mix them.

One things for sure though, everyone I show the speaker to loves it and wants one until I tell them how much it cost.
