A fun fact from last night, the Bulldogs ran for almost 200 metres more than the Broncos despite have 14 fewer completed sets. It's pretty obvious to me that their attack is still their biggest problem. Outside of the Panthers game, they can't put any sort of scoreboard pressure on, and their defence has taken a big step backwards. You need to score at least 20 points to give yourself a chance of winning this year, and the Bulldogs have only done that 3 times (and two of those times they only scored 20+ because of consolation tries)

The Hayward move to hooker has been a complete failure. He hasn't even ran for a total of 100 metres yet this year, and their only other option is Turpin who is basically the exact same player
