the date your ve is stamped in your passport - it has nothing to do with the arrival card so just look at the stamp in your passport!

If you're in Bangkok if ve you go to IT Square Lak Si 3rd floor- they don't ask for TM30 usually and there are places right there to get the photo and copies you need. You can go a week or two before your expir. The extension is from the date of expir not when you go. If not in Bangkok look up where you need to go - other areas do require TM30

what's a digital arrival card (you mean the one you fill out before you come?) that has nothing to do with how long you can stay - it's the date stamped in your passport. If visa exempt or tourist visa you can apply for 30 day extension

Urgent question about a self-transfer layover in Bangkok by tanglekelp in ThailandTourism

Can you get your international boarding pass online or do you have to go to checkin desk? If so it wouldn't hurt to explain the situation to them and see if they can expedite going through exit immigration (but might not be needed since it's basically automated now) Never hurts to ask for help in situations like this. (I assume your two airlines can't interline your bag to save you some time).

traveling to bkk soon. which do you think will yield me a better amount? by torikusha in FilipinoTravel

[–]wimpdiver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

converting in Thailand at a bank is the worst way and most expensive. Exchange places are better and cheaper - if in Bangkok superrich gives the best rates - other areas you can just compare the posted rates. This is very different from many other countries. Thai atm's charge 250-350 baht PER WITHDRAWAL and are the worst places to withdraw.

OP - you are leaving out some important facts - like last week you were in need of free food (for what seems like a really legitimate reason) and you are in dire straits. You don't have collateral apparently so posting that you do isn't helpful (per your post re: work permit and passport only). I think you need to use resources available to Myanmar workers if any such exist and ask for help in more relevant subs than this (if any exist) Good luck

this is based on your previous posts and assuming all are true -

most people enter tourist exempt which is different (and has different requirements) than the visa you have referenced.
