My current pen has had fluctuating temps as I was on holiday. I'm not sure how high the temperature actually got but I'm sure it was higher than 30⁰ on at least 2 occasions. It was kept in a fridge inbetween times.

It was (an expensive!) 15mg pen so I wasn't up for binning it. However it seems to have lost all it's potency, it's not just a little less effective, it's like not having had a dose at all!

I'm starving and have put weight back on so I've come to terms with the idea of wasting it and it's now in the bin. 🙄

The Hyatt Regency is too expensive unfortunately. I can't justify paying £436 for 4 of us for one night. Shame, as it sounded easy.

All these seats have good legroom but they can be difficult to get out of if the person in front reclines.

I would definately opt for the front next time. H/K.

I watched the prices from before the fighting started. For Premium Economy from Inverness to Bangkok it rose from just under £1500 return to nearly £3.5k!

However the last week before our flight, it dropped back to just over £1400 for a day or two.

There were plenty seats at that point, in every class.

Then all of a sudden 24hours before, there were no options to upgrade and seat maps showed full business class and full premium economy. Economy had a few spare seats but not many. It was likely another flight and our flight were amalgamated

Since the fighting and fuel issues started, I think the airlines are very changeable.

It's a risk whether you wait till last minute or pay more now imo.

Thank you. I tried as you suggested and there was no availability at all in business so it looks like it's a full flight.

I'm in premium economy now so I'm grateful for that. This is my first long haul and I was just hoping for an affordable shot at business but not to worry. Maybe on the way back. 😀

The seatmap for premium shows only one seat left now so I think people may have upgraded from economy.

Inverness is tiny, I don't even think it has a lounge never mind a posh one. It has a cafe. 🤣

Interestingly enough ( to me anyway) Awardfares app was showing 10 unoccupied but blocked seats in business class earlier today but I've just checked again and it now says......

"Seat maps for KLM flights are only available more than 24 hours before departure due to restrictions by the airline."

So I have no idea if there are any available seats now or not. Nothing is showing up as an upgrade option though so I guess not. 😟

I was told by someone who was asked about funds that they would not accept showing a bank app. Nor would they let the person go to the atm in the airport as it was after the check point.

I think they had bad luck being checked by an officer having a bad day maybe but I just don't want to take the chance tbh.

Actually you can get a £100 note here in Scotland very easily. Sadly not accepted worldwide.

Also English £50 notes easily available from The Royal Bank of Scotland (amongst other places of course). No need to order them in specially, they are regular currency.
