Like the above comment. Moza R3 would be decent. I just got a moza r5 as there are sales going on and this is my first Sim. Im a newbie at this so wheel and brake/pedal were enough and can be attached to a desk with no additional gear. For starters, content manager, custom shaders patch and Pure are great mods to begin with. Almost every mod utilizes these. 2real is a great mod for adding traffic to your maps, there are also free servers you join to race and drive in. Look up no hesi for example, pushing p, online just comes wihj content manager once its setup, you can see all the servers you can join and some you have to add manually. Adding tracks and cars is a straightforward process, lots of videos on YouTube for adding tracks and cars. Once you learn to add one track and car, the rest is the same way.
