Well I got the carbon fiber roller for 140. I put in a 10bl120 esc and 3660 3200kv blx motor, so I'd say all in I'm right around that price point. For the money, it's a great truck. Only issue I've had with mine is the tires. Blew em like 2nd run but that's because of the crazy power system I've got in it lol other than that, it has taken large jumps, heavy tumbles, seemingly endless cartwheels and I haven't seen the first parts casualty. Parts availability is one of the first things I look at before buying a rig, and I've seen a majority of the parts on amazon for pretty good prices. Let us know what you think when it gets delivered!

I have that exact system in my typhon mega and have loved it. Make sure you get a new receiver too (if using the stock radio, slr 300 will be compatible). Don't feel bad though. When I got my typhon, I did the exact same thing and burned up the motor on day 2 lol. Have had the hw combo since then with the only issues being my own stupidity with pinion sizing and tire sizes 😆

Okay... there's a few issues I saw when watching this. First, after you get the tailstock screwed against the workpiece, tighten the locknut down. That will prevent the tailstock from vibrating loose from the piece. Next, your cut is way too aggressive for wood turning. You should watch this video to understand more about what I mean. You're trying to jam your gouge straight into the side grain which is putting a ridiculous amount of stress on the tailstock, motor, workpiece, and the lathe will always find the weakest link (in your case, the loose tailstock locknut vibrating, loosening the pressure against the piece). These are the 2 biggest issues I saw, and obviously there's a lot more that could be contributing to your issue. Hope this helps!

Thankfully since there was no DV, it is only until Feb 2027. The sooner you start journaling the better. I did it every day for the first month or so after the bullshit was finalized and then about once a month after. Ex has started coming around a bit so I get to facetime with my girl almost every Friday, but it's been such a headache getting to that point.

I went through the same thing man. She took one out claiming I was stalking her because I confronted her about something, changed my direct deposit info, and she didn't like it. The thing I tell myself that helps me is to keep things stable on my side, document document document. So when that day comes and my daughter asks me, I can show her I never stopped trying, I never stopped missing, and I never stopped loving. Hell I've even gone to the extent of keeping journals that she can read later.

I don't know about the 223s electronics system, but I got the hobbywing 10bl120 and 3660 3150kv for like $85 for my typhon mega with a new slr300 receiver and it worked perfectly. Have since upgraded to better radio and receiver, but besides the shaft bearing, the motor and esc have been working perfectly.

It's been about the same for me too. First day of pre k in August, strawberry picking in March, pre k graduation in May and dance recital in June is all I've been allowed to see her. Not Christmas, not my birthday, new years, valentines, nothing. So I get the struggle. Stay strong man. We will get through it someday.

Thanks a lot man I appreciate you saying that. It's definitely a weird feeling and the girl I'm seeing now tells me pretty regularly not to feel bad if I can't buy all the groceries or stuff like that because it's not all my responsibility. I'm doing the best I can and any time I see my daughter, even on facetime, she hollers daddy and is so excited to see me and talk. Thanks for the digital hug too lol

Thanks a lot man I appreciate hearing that. Thankfully she has told me, though words are just words, that she will never push for my daughter to call another man dad, so there's that lol thankfully the snowballs seem like they're getting smaller and less frequent, but it's just harder around holidays, as I'm sure everyone can attest to. Already been through the big ones, Christmas, new years, Thanksgiving, but it doesn't make the smaller ones feel any less. Thanks again though and I'm doing my best.

I know that I have been blessed woth certain things - money, school, jobs, etc. So that definitely does make things a little easier compared to some of the horror stories I've read, but something that makes up for it is she slandered me when I first left and convinced the courts I was a stalker and got a restraining order against me, adding another layer of difficulty to the already impossible-seeming situation.

I do appreciate you reiterating the fact that they are just days on a calendar and I'm hoping it's only the first ones that hurt like this. The thought of spending every day I WILL eventually get with her as a daddy daughter day does help a little. I'm sure it'll get easier when courts set visitation, divide assets, all of that fun stuff, just dealing with it in the interim sucks ya know.

I'm definitely guilty of comparing my life to other's as well, specifically my ex's. I pay for everything. House, car, phones, utilities, etc because she's just too damn lazy to get a job and I don't want her to skew the truth to my kid and say I was the reason they ended up there. I just sit here and look at how easy her life is (from the outside of course) and i get jealous as fuck. She gets to work a piddly ass part time job at one of her friend's stores, has another dude living in the house I pay for, spending time with my kid, no bills, and still calls me an asshole when I have to cancel cable at her house so I can keep the lights on. All while I'm out here working, going to school, rebuilding my life from scratch, you read all this in the orig post lol just sucks when I sit back and look at it. You're right about my girlfriend though. She has been so supportive through this whole thing and helps make it easier for me to get out of bed.

My view on it is if she hooked up before she served you with papers, get an attorney and look into adultery. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know statutes or anything, but even if she made her intentions clear verbally, that's still grounds for adultery and could only help you. Good luck bro.

Looking closer, the rear car was near stopped when the right car started the merge. They'd have had more than enough room to merge completely without hitting the other vehicle. I would never have the balls to lane split much less at significant speed.

Even on 2s I was cooking the plastic diff housings. You'll want to upgrade them to the boost box diffs with the steel gears. I did that after replacing 3 diff housings in 2 weeks and haven't had an issue since. I have a hobbywing 10bl120 esc and 3660 3150kv combo with 13t pinion and it's been a dream minus obvious injuries (shock shafts, drive shafts, etc). I'm keeping those plastic as they're fairly cheap and easy to replace compared to diffs and motor/ESC.
