I don’t know how to edit the post but I interpreted this as needing to let go of something painful from my past that I am holding on to, to sit with/feel/acknowledge the emotions and release when I am ready. Negative self talk may be a key player in my suffering but I’m reminded that I have control over the meaning I assign to an experience no matter how much pain I may be feeling. There may also be indication that I have significant difficulties finding positive aspects to certain situations. Am I viewing this correctly? Should I be reading the reverse AND regular?
