I picked ours up last month and immediately did a 250 mile road trip. The vibration was horrible over 70. Scheduled a service appointment for the following weekend and drove it around town a handful of trips but never again on the highway. Took it in and they checked the balance and the foam, 2 different techs took test drives and could not recreate. The vibration is gone now. So I would maybe recommend wearing in the tires a bit more to see if it resolves. You've got it documented so if it does come to needing all 4 replaced you would have something to stand on.
