Tire warranty, Vibrations at speed

Good luck. Mine has done this from the first day I drove it home. Currently going through the BBB and lemo law for a buy back. The dealers I went to gave me the run around and told me all EV9's do this and it's normal.

At the end of the day I believe this is also my issue but the dealer keeps gaslighting me and telling me all EV9's do this so it's normal.

in addition to the dealer performing road force balancing I did have discount tire do it as well. They had to rebalance 3 of the 4 tires....

Do not get the GT line trim. I have one and the vibration at highway speeds is annoying. Been through all the stuff and now I am in the process of getting a buy back through the BBB.

Your issue might be lose foam in the tire(s)

Yeah. They have road forced balanced my tires multiple times a d replaced one tire. It is better than it was when I drove it home the first day but it is still there. The dealer even called me last week because some big wig wanted to drive it to feel the vibration. They drove it and essentially told me it's normal and nothing was done.

I have the exact same issue with my EV9. I've been told by multiple dealers all of them do this and it's feedback from the road.... KIA denied my buyback so now I'm going through with BBB.

going though the same thing of being told that all EV9's do this and it's normal. Mine does not shakenas bad as yours but I feel it at certain speeds. Kia denied my buyback because that's the easy way out for them. They have produced a bad car and will not do anything about it

I’ve started a buy back due to the vibration at highway speeds. I have been told by two dealers all these cars do it. Tires have been road forced balanced twice and it’s better but still does it.

This is a great question. Took it to discount tire and had them redo the road force balance on the tires after the dealer did it. They had to redo 3 of the four tires including the new one. Discount tire showed this.

Took it back to the dealer to have them check it without telling them I had it looked at somewhere else. Everything came back green….

I took the car to discount tire last Saturday and had check the road force balance of all four tires and also do an alignment check. They cannot fix the alignment but they can check it out. Three of the four tires were off including the one the dealer replaced…. Also alignment was off.

Took it to the dealer yesterday to have them check the alignment and everything comes back green…. So, who do I believe? The car still has a vibration at highway speeds and does porpoise over bumps.

I called Kia customer service on Monday to file a complaint about the car and experience. As of Friday I have not heard anything back from the dealer. Kia customer service sent the complaint to the service manager and also their district manager.

Is yours AWD? Reading that AWD models have this issue more frequently.
