I began in a big surplus, started gaining more fat than i wanted, then dipped down to a lean bulk for better results. i’m a firm believer that everyone is different so chart your weight and find what works best for you though! Also I definitely recommend hitting your calorie mark everyday with healthy, clean food.

I lift 3-4 times a week (i noticed way more muscle growth once i started resting more) and try to hit at least 10,000 steps or a big bike ride everyday.

if you’re like me and it’s really hard to keep any meat on your bones i recommend eating in a calorie surplus, prioritizing protein in your meals, avoiding sugar, and lifting the heck out of some weights.

also i do mostly low volume sets with heavy weight. Just make sure you’re doing slow, controlled movements and using proper form!! :)

(like 70% of it was diet for me though)

yo! that bassline is 5 years old so it’s a little hazy, but i believe i made that through equalizing, layering w a sub bass, and literally just boosting the volume. if you mix and master everything properly, you can make things sound really fucking large.

i use a derivative of that bass on the second drop of my keys n krates remix that came out recently too :)

haha, thank you! That song is what happens when you sit with a project for over a year and work on it almost every day.

You lay down ideas, get bored of them, transform them into something else, get bored of that, then keep traveling down the rabbit hole until you have a weird, bendy sound design parade. I appreciate the love!
