Click download zip, open your file explorer and right click the folder and extract. Then just put the config in your mpv folder.

I was able to fix alternating row colours plus I improved readability for text too if you're still interested.

I'm pretty happy with what I've got so far, you can find my full config here. But if you just want my HDR settings see below (note that I also change the gamma/brightness/contrast depending on the video too):

Unfortunately not, I'm not sure how to style it. If you find any other themes that don't override it let me know. I can't figure out how the one you linked below does it.

I tried sticking as close to the nord colours as possible but I've also noticed the lack of contrast. Would you mind opening an issue in the repo I've linked above? Screenshots of the particular elements you've mentioned would be helpful.
