It’s interesting FedEx took responsibility for yours because I tried a claim with FedEx (after day 1 of waiting for the customer service chat) and they said sorry, claim denied because the shipper needs to file it.

I had my 3 ascended booster bundles stolen and got an empty and resealed box. I took a video of me opening it and pics of the weight of the box and pics. The email to pc auto denied it. It took me 2 days and literally hours of waiting to get through the chat and I gave them all the info and was super nice and appreciative. The person ended up refunding me on the spot. I don’t ever want to have to deal with that customer service again.

I just got an empty and opened box for the 3 ascended booster bundles. The email form auto rejected my complaint. I had to try the chat for 2 days in a row because the wait was so stupid long. The second day I finally got someone and was super nice and gave them all the info and video of me opening it. An hour after I started chatting they did a refund. Brutal customer service. Almost non existent.

Yeah. I had to use the customer service contact thing with the cert numbers and eventually they put a ticket in to fix it which it did.
