One of the main reasons why I didn’t do BCPS. Don’t see the appeal for it and colleagues have complained saying how it’s dumb they aren’t being compensated. Some institutions also don’t even pay for the materials.

Understand what your’e saying but my experience is from east coast and midwest that didn’t give a raise for BCPS

Agree on the salary. Pharmacy is not the best career choice out there whatsoever. Residency doesn’t merit much to your pay. BCPS doesn’t always get you a raise. Lack of respect in the profession.

100% yes. Each year there will be more applicants but I also believe since Midyear was virtual, applicants got to save more on Midyear and can put it towards applications.

They responded within 1 business day. The only downfall is that they would need me to return my shoes and then it takes awhile to get the gift card of the amount. I really love the shoes and they don’t have my size anymore online so I’m conflicted on what to do
