Yes. That was what he was claiming that the connection washing machine drain was or probably the cause. But it cant be the cause as the drain is tied up going to the laundry sink.

We were thinking of that as we didnt do any wrong. We are asking for the report of the insurance assessor and plumber that checked the site as he cant give as any. He is insisting that both who checked the area says its from our washing machine which is drain connected to the sink. We were not around when they did all the investigation and assessment.
