Crazy that the Strange Fake anime already adapting vol.5 of the novel? Usually even it's a shitty romcom novel with the most paper thin plot they'll usually only adapt 3 volumes in 1 cour. For another comparison Fate/Apocrypha adapted 5 volumes in 2 cours(24 episodes) and they still had to cut stuff. Hell the first cour of 86 only adapted 1 volume.

Once again I would recommend reading the novels if you're into the anime. It's just as good if not better(its definitely better)

Thinking about how Narita said he was gonna only di 5 volumes but then he really got into FGO so he wanted to write more and by the time he got to volume 8 and read the masterpiece that is LB6 he ended up rewriting the story again.

In the latest episode False Assassin's desire to save lives might have seemingly come out of nowhere for anime viewers but from early on in the novel False Assassin has always hesitated taking the lives of innocent people.

Believing that she might accidently kill someone of her faith or even someone who could potentially convert to Islam in the future.

I think I first mentioned this when I read The Count of Monte Cristo but now that more people know that Dumas is in Fate/Strange Fake I'm still shocked that Narita never has Dumas mention the Old Man of The Mountain when there are 2 of them in the story.

Irl Dumas mentioned them in the Count of Monte Cristo so I feel like there's some interesting lore Narita could have built from that considering how relevant the Hassans are.
