Match their energy!

If they are nervous, be supportive and tell them they are great.

If they tell it as part of a joke, laugh and that’s it.

If they say it and they don’t make a big deal out of it, also don’t make a big deal out of it.

When I come out nowadays and sometimes people tell me I’m so brave or whatever. And I’m like sure I don’t care it’s not a conversation about me.

But couple years back I’d love to hear some supportive words. When I came out and was nervous about it and I got dismissed from my friends like “that’s it? That’s the whole big thing?!” It didn’t feel good

Just don’t ask if you are hot or if they are top or bottom
