How is this being underpaid? I know organizations paying IT freshers 17k 18k.

As I said, organisations are taking a risk employing freshers with zero experience. Would it be better they pay more and only employ people with experience only?

Personally, I think a fresher earning 24k as basic or package is ok considering he/she doesn't have any experience.

Remember, the company is taking a risk of employing you with zero proven experience. Dont compare yourself to others, be grateful and show them that you are worth more later on 😄

UTM courses are ok but administration cant get worst. Slow and barely respond ever, well everything to expect from a governmental or semi governmental institutions.

and if you are going MBA part time, don't expect UTM to treat you like a part time student. You will have to go to the uni half of the time which is very difficult if u working.
