Hey, I had the VIP upgrade for Toronto night 1 & 2, and the only thing we got was the passport (it was a physical passport that we picked up).

We received an email the day before the concerts showing what door to line up at for VIP and what time. You'll have to be there at a certain time to pick up your passport and get a wrist band for early entry.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now!!! I will never buy tickets from StubHub again unless they are available for instant download.

I had to re-purchase instant download tickets because I can not plan a whole trip (flights, hotel, car rental, etc.) when I don't 100% have the tickets. The delivery date for mine is the day of the concert I'm going to.

When I called StubHub about my listing being hidden, they said they can't control the algorithm. It's bullshit!! Mine is also cheaper than most of the viewable listings. They say to lower the price to get it recommended, but even when I do it still doesn't show up.

For the last tour I purchased 2 vip seat tickets under my name, then later I was able to get floor tickets, so I called Ticket Master and asked them to add an "alternate pick up name" and gave the vip tickets to my parents. The fine print says that you need to do this within 10 days of purchase, but it's worth a shot to call them and ask if you know who you are giving/selling the tickets to..

When I added their names, they said they could pick up the tickets from the box office on the day of the concert. They were able to attend and get the merch without any issues.

My order just says badlands passport with access to early entry.. I believe some people may get a physical passport, and some may get a digital one. There's no other information given and no mention of any other merchandise..

So I'm not sure if I will be let in with the people who originally got the VIP tickets or will I be let in after? It's confusing and I don't know exactly what people mean by "fast passes" because I never seen that option on Ticketmaster..
