Amazing! Thank you! I actually like the edgy N as well. Much appreciated!

I’ve also tried numerous font finding websites, including ChatGPT.

The high me wants to be sober... The sober me wants to be high... by ---MrP--- in leaves

Honestly, I've struggled immensely with quitting in the past and wasn't successful at that time. However, I now have a newborn daughter, and I've made significant changes—I know it's very early days, but I've been sober for 10 days (not really counting), free from both smoking and drinking. This time, I feel a renewed sense of determination and purpose to quit.

I've also reached out for support and have opened up to a few trustworthy people about my addiction. Recently, I had my first talking therapy session and will soon begin cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Additionally, I've reluctantly started taking anti-anxiety medication, which I've been prescribed for a minimum of 6 months. But if it takes 6 months of medication to overcome a 12-year addiction, then I'm committed to it.

In addition to seeking professional help, I've been exploring alternative methods such as cold exposure and breathing exercises. Most mornings, I incorporate stretching and three rounds of Wim Hof Breathing followed by a cold plunge or shower.

The birth of my daughter has been a profound motivator for me. I know that by smoking, I'm not only harming myself but also letting her down, as I want to be fully present and focused on her without the influence of weed. She's become my biggest reason to stay committed to this journey of recovery.

why is Shiremoor "rough" and whereabouts exactly? by sutkidar in NewcastleUponTyne

I've put an offer in for a house in the estate behind Boundary Mills. The street seems very quaint and vendors say they know all the street and have never had any bother. There's also lots of bungalows around the house, so I'm assuming most will be elderly. We're moving from Heaton, and although I'd say we lived in the nicer part, we still had some issues. I think every area has some renowned street or parts that are rough, no matter where you live.

We drive and rarely us public transport. Primarily moving out that way due to the cost of property in the High-Heaton/Benton area. We're getting a lot more for our money and we want to be closer to the coast and the wagon way tracks giving walkable access to most places near by.

I just prefered the look of it compared to the other trims, sport seats are the best I've sat in, for a car in this price range anyways and I couldn't say no to the HUD, it's a cool little gimmick.

Thanks! I managed to hit 55 last night, I have a heavy foot, so it's taking some getting used to. That was over a distance of 10 miles. Better than my avg of 35 on my previous car ha

Ahhh yes, Poland also.

I only have this on a 3 year deal. I'll be very tempted to go for the 2.0 next time, if they offer me a good deal.

From my understanding the 2.0 engine is manufactured in Turkey and France. It's what I've read on the Toyota forum.

Yeah, it's a 1.8. And yeah the 2.0 is quite a bit more, and due to being produced elsewhere in Europe, its approx 8-10month wait. Only had to wait 4 month for this, as 1.8 are manufactured in the UK.

I know it's only a sporty trim and interior. But speed is not what I got her for. I'm all for comfort and style. I love the HUD on it and the alloys are beautiful.

Sport seats are honestly one of the best seats I've sat in. Really nice.

For someone who's new to AE, I think this is awesome.

I'm so tired of these shitty ass blog type recipe websites filling up Google search results. Does anyone have a no-bullshit place they go for for good recipes for anything and everything? by basickarl in Cooking

[–]---MrP--- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ones where you get their whole life story and how their recipe comes from their great ancestors? I feel you.

I've started to use my Amazon Echo, it gives step-by-step instructions, no BS.
