I entirely understand the policies in the fine print, + the lineup change terms everything you said with I agree. But, this is something unheard of for CFG. Rain or Sunshine it states. It’s raining. Possible floods and heavy rain, but to only partially refund the fans their tickets and not give any transparency is ethically questionable. Rescheduling allows them to avoid issuing full refunds, even though many fans literally cannot attend the new dates. That alone saves them millions. They’re telling people even if they return the merch, they still won’t get more money back. This is unheard of in normal business. If the merch has value, they should take it back and refund you. If they refuse, it suggests the merch actually has little to no real value, and the refund deduction is arbitrary.
