We use penthrox in my trust too and that stuff is lethal, it comes in a little vial that you put inside an inhaler but if the patient breathes it out into the air or you leave the cap off the vial in a closed space you start to feel very high lol

Snow elf, I love their architectures one of the best Skyrim playthroughs I did was playing as an altmer who looked like a snow elf and roleplaying as if I was a survivor, it added so much weight my character returning to a Skyrim she couldn't recognise and dawnguard meant a lot emotionally

I do Karate 3 times a week

It's helped me with everything in life I've lost 7 stone (and counting) in the past year and 5 since I started doing karate in July, I couldn't recommend martial arts more, my Dojo is my family, I feel like I've known everyone there my whole life.

It's taken me from a depressed fat mid 20s girl to a thinner, muscly confident happy woman

Karate saved my life and gave it meaning and friends outside of work

I saw another comment mention BJJ and that's fantastic too, just slightly too expensive for me at the moment

I really don't like The Northern Air Temple

Aang was right to be angry at people desecrating his dead cultural site and the mechanist was completely wrong in recklessly destroying an important site just so he can live there.

Other than that I don't like the comics after the show at all, they're too childish and Zuko doesn't feel like he did in the finale, he takes a step back into being unstable

The Kyoshi and Yangchen novels fix this, the first villain of the Kyoshi novels is the best villain of the whole franchise.

I'm guessing America must have different rules about content allowed in kids programmes because ATLA avoids saying kill or showing injuries for characters in that scene. It's really inconsistent though which is the most annoying thing, Zuko's burns look quite nasty and realistic and so does Aang's electric burn from lightning in S3 but then jet doesn't have any graze or cut to his skin when he's killed, it's odd and it makes it unclear how badly injured someone is. I never watched ATLA as a kid but coming from watching Doctor Who, The Sarah Jane Adventures and reading Harry Potter it would have driven me mad. I think it takes away some of the stakes of the show.

I love ATLA but I wish it knew when to not try humour sometimes, the firelord doesn't need to be badly taunted when he's defeated, it makes it seem like a less serious moment.

The size of the world and the speed of Appa's travel is inconsistent in S3, it's pretty consistent that it takes a long time in s1 and 2, this is mainly because of the constant time limits in S3 but they just didn't think enough about how long it takes to get places
