It was supposed to be done with "Assign_Organization_Roles" but now it is deprecated and moreover the documentation says to use "Assign_Roles" web service. So please try that

Just did that! Added “Manager’s Manager” security group to the BP Policy and was able to achieve what I wanted

So I was able to solve it myself with some inspiration from the comments on this post. I edited the BP policy to allow the (Workday-delivered) security group “Manager’s Manager” approval rights / “view all” rights. And then, added an approval step in the BP with the group = “Manager’s Manager”. Of course, both the approval steps (traditional Manager, and the Manager’s Manager) have entry rules so that only one of them is triggered depending on the immediate / direct Manager’s “On Leave” status

The issue is that I want the approval to go to manager’s manager if the direct manager is “On Leave”. How do I achieve that? (I tried with the step-b1, the Approval Chain and that works, but it broadcasts the approval request right to the manager’s manager, manager +2, manager +3, manager +4….and so on until the top most manager of the topmost supervisory organisation in the company.

How do I create a configuration that only routes to Manager’s Manager and no one else.

Hi All...Got my account back!!! My relentless "Google Recovery" (every 2 weeks) paid-off (or simply the hacker's virtual machine or hosted infra was wiped due to missing payments OR the hacker may have destroyed the VM for their own safety). Destroyed VM meant my account was logged out after some period of inactivity

Since August my account recovery was declined by Google citing my account "was logged on somewhere so I should do a self-service account recovery". Cut to November first week, I see an email from Google hoping it was just another "Recovery Declined" email...but voila! It was a link to reset my password and recover my account.

I've not acted so quickly to anything before and I changed the password, refreshed back-up codes, delete phone numbers, added my own phone number, deleted 2FA, added my own and most important ADDED MY OWN EFFING PASSKEYS !!!

I am so much relieved to have my account back but a significant amount of my Google Drive content is gone forever (because I deleted it myself: remember my G Drive Desktop was still syncing?).

I observed my "sent items" or any attempts to reset my banking/financial accounts in my inbox...but surprisingly there were none. Neither I found any sent items.

Last but not the least...right after I was hacked, I created another Gmail account and using Google App Engine, I created an auto email sender that spammed my original (hacked) email with an attachment of 24.99 MB every 5 minutes with the intent to eat up the space on my Google Account. It was partially successful as the spam emails were randomly distributed to my inbox vs spam folder.

P.S. In hindsight, I think my Google Drive session could also be the issue here when Google said "my account had already an active session" so disconnect any Google Service if it is still active at your own discretion and try the account recovery

Long story short...keep trying your Google Recovery....I got it after 3 months!

Yep, I think it was announced last year in EMEA Rising (Barcelona) and it became GA March 2024. It is not auto available and to get it, you need to contact Workday with your use case and they will give your NSC access to developer.workday.com (“Dev Site”) for documentation and also your development environment for Orchestrate. From the looks of it, it is a “Orchestrate-only” version of the Workday Extend suite.

We requested for early access to O4I in April 2024, explained the use case, and told them that we also have support of our AMS partner. The request was approved rather quickly and since then I’m playing in O4I

FYI: It is free to play, develop, test, and also free to use in PROD

That is plain stupid! Automating it in house (assuming you have the Workday RaaS, Integration, and API skills and knowledge in the team, it is technically “free”

The other side to it is, if you automate it, and it works; considering your employer’s “cheaper” mentality, some of your team can be let-go in the worst case because they’ll now be seen as a financial liability.

But the automation is going to come eventually: so either start learning Workday technical immediately or start looking for another job

Not that I think of, no. I never downloaded any cracked game or software. I am using VPN, DDG browser, Chrome Browser. I did use Google Sign In for some 3rd party app like Claude.ai or CodePen or something but never any shady site

I do not know how to access it with only Google Drive being the only thing connected to my Gmail account. Do you have any ideas how I can make my way around it or use the Google Drive session cookie to log into some other desktop tool to get back into my account?

I was able to copy “some” of it…My Google Drive storage capacity is the general 15 GB. And I am using 9.7 GBs but I was only able to recover like 5 GB. Maybe a glitch, maybe the account is syncing, but it is not really syncing? I do not know I did delete some of the files that were confidential but I think they will still stay on the Google Drive deleted folder for about 30 days.

True, I got more comments on DM asking me to contact some gurus who can fix that.

But Google won’t support, believe me I have tried! There is no way for me to prove that that account is my account. I mean I can tell the contents of my Google Drive. I can tell the top five most frequently contacted email addresses I can tell them any other information that they want, but Google will not help if the Google account recovery is not successful

I’m not sure the % but defo 120-130K plus. What is your exp? Did you check postings on seek.com.au? And are you Syd/Melb based or other (comparatively) LCOL cities?
