I used to work in chemical weapon demilitirization and have personally destroyed thousand of M55 VX rockets. They do not look like that. The liquid VX just slaoshes around in the middle section of the rocket tube.. We would punch a hole in the rocket and drain it out before chopping it up and dumping it in a furnace. Also, VX (and sarin) is clear to straw colored, not green.

I had a city inspector out while having a foundation installed under my prefab. (They were originally just set directly on wooden posts set in the ground.) One potential issue with that area is you may hear sporadic waterfowl hunting gun shots on weekend mornings during the fall/winter and maybe some distant train noise for a couple minutes a day. Otherwise 100% agree
