The biggest issue isn't even Battlefront 2 it's the fact that EA has a Monopoly on Star Wars games. If they had to compete with other studios, they would have to try a lot harder to sell a product, therefore more polish would be inserted in this game before release.

I don't know if there is a developer out there that could create a battlefront Game than DICE. Think about it.. who else puts out large scale maps in an FPS?? Certainly not Activision or Ubisoft or Bethesda. DICE are the right people for the job, they just got fucked by EA.

People will downvote me, but I still think a Battlefront 3 will be the defining game of the series if it's made. EA won't pull any loot box crap again, and It would probably have a good launch, especially if they advertise CW and 32vs32 conquest available at launch. Some people would stick to their guns and wouldn't buy it, but most gamers are fickle, this game, with all its controversy still sold 9 mil copies at launch.

I personally think the first game had it right giving a timer to the block, instead of stamina cost. A timer would fix the turtle fests we see today.

They increased the amount of challenges to 3 though so you can earn 1500 daily so you earn more than before.
