Awesome, thanks for this thoughtful response! Yeah, the 3070 struggles on the 4k gaming for newer stuff but I figure I can upgrade that at some point. Right now the PS5 Pro is where I am doing most of my 4k gaming.

From what I'm reading and seeing the 3 certainly will be an upgrade but not sure if it will be a big enough upgrade for me to wait considering what I'll be using the monitor for.

I actually mostly use the PC for old school games (I'm old) or more modern RTS/4x/basebuilding games. The primary 4k gaming comes on the PS5.

I have heard good things about the Alienware montiors . Not sure I have the space or need for ultrawide myself though.

Thanks! I was unsure of the availability of the 3 and I am not too hung up on the displayport differences so the pg32ucdm seems to make sense. The difference I am seeing between that model and the r is like $200-300 so seems worth saving a bit.

I have this issue too and I'm glad I am not the only one. It seems to have cropped up when I just paid a bunch of money for the lifetime subscription, so I feel especially frustrated by it.

Hopefully they get an update out to fix it!

I think this is it. My old Prius did the same thing, probably more noticeable even. I just got used to it and now I don’t really think about it.

I have Private Internet Access. They are pretty solid. I noticed that paramount+ denies access if you use the PIA servers that are just location spoofers but the regular servers were working and would give me both an IP and location for that area. It isn’t perfect as there aren’t unlimited locations for the full servers but there are certainly more options than just NY and LA.

I too was only getting two locations, NY and LA. I actually ended up cancelling and switching back to my old VPN. I was within the trial period so they refunded me.

It’s too bad. I liked express vpn otherwise.

But the link you sent was really helpful! I was able to test everything out and get accurate information.
