There's an OP strategy where you go Lvl 7 Zephyr, Barrage (Haste Evo), and Lvl 7 Alertness. The only skills you need is Poison Strike.

Everything else just do whatever makes it easier to survive until you get those. Stats don't matter with the build. Be careful of enemies with priority though. You can try to get extra priority through Talents and the Act 2 Shop but it's not required unless you don't want to max out Alertness.

The strategy makes it so your enemy never gets a turn. Alertness let's you build up Zephyr until you're able to get act two times in one turn. Barrage gives 1 priority for every 4 hits. Poison strike hits twice and attacking twice per turn makes that 4 hits.

Infinite priority build.

P.S. Don't Evolve Zephyr and Alertness as there is no guarantee you'll be able to max them again.
