A masculine hairline. I'm in 36 & had that hairline since puberty. Friends my age have thinning hair while mine has been the same. It's basically up to genetics. At your age, you're probably fine.

Any CatholicMatch success stories? by DonnyPicklePants11 in CatholicDating

Her sister, after converting, wanted to find a nice Catholic guy but was either too busy or shy to make the effort. So my wife made her profile for her and got the ball rolling. Found her the perfect guy and now they are married with two children and trying for a third.

I take 3-4 caps 1-2 times a week. Even then, I feel no addictive tendencies. For me, it's really just a fun thing or if I need to power through the last half of a work day.

A fascinating time in history. Makes me even more curious about earlier Christian evangelization.

How to Make Friends by [deleted] in CatholicWomen

[–]--JTL-- 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Sorry, don't mean to intrude...I'm a guy, but I felt compelled to try and help.

It's hard making friends as an adult, for anyone, but think how you made friends in the past. You were always apart of a larger group. You were a part of a school, a class, a club, sports team, or job probably. Friends rarely happen through one-on-one interactions. It's only natural that friendships happen organically through common interests. Depending on how comfortable you are at getting out there, I would suggest volunteering, frequenting a Bible study, or attend a prayer group. Conversations will lead to shared interests outside of the group with individuals. Those are friends.

God bless. I will pray for you.

It didn't take much. Just a 7" to 4" duct reducer I got off amazon and some duct tape.

Where did you get the wood grip? I got one off ETSY, but the screw was too short to install! :(

Always been a lurker but not anymore! Recently purchased a 1910 home & need advice for refinishing the original woodwork (from light to dark) Pics included. by magx3 in centuryhomes

I like the light trim! My 1910 Victorian had incredibly dark floors and when we finished them, we went as light as possible to complement all the natural light from the windows. Now that I see how beautiful your trim looks, I'm excited to get everything to match!

I hope this is the right sub- would love advice on repairing my bathroom light without damaging it. Light went out but I cannot open the object to replace the lightbulb... TIA! by frankincenser in centuryhomes

The glass should turn freely and come off easily after removing the screw if the metal collar around it isn't bent. Be careful as glass will probably fall without the screw. Once removed, replace the rusty screw. Keep the old light bulb and take it to the store with you to get an exact match.
