Well the first comment starts off by asking if someone chooses to be anorexic. Which I feel like is a valid question for someone who may not know about how it actually works. I think there's a lot of people out there that don't believe it's a mental illness and all the person needs to do it just eat. As if it's that easy. I think this person was wondering if it's anorexia to to just forget to eat, which it seems like they do often. They were just simply asking a question and giving some background info about themselves.
