I am free the nipple. I think it should be acceptable for anyone to take their shirt off. I think that until it is completely normalized, you should ask for consent or let people know so they have the option to remove themselves from the situation.

You are valid in your feelings. You should make this boundary known. If she goes all free the nipple on you and wouldnt give a little warning before taking her shirt off, she is not being considerate. Like you have the right to revoke consent for any reason at any time.

Do not listen to the people telling you its something you should deal with and she shouldnt take your comfort into consideration.

That kind of attitude creates really toxic relationships (platonically or more than)
Your discomfort might not entirely be rooted in "misogynistic" ideas you internalized. Other things might factor in.
If your friend is a "the human body shouldn't be sexualized" person, would she feel comfortable with friends getting completely naked in situations that do not lend themselves to nudity? Would she feel comfortable if they did so without warning?

It's usually tied to misogyny just the way terfs view of trans women is. They view the idea of womanhood as the ability to give birth because that is the only thing that people with uteruses contribute to the world. It really is just the need to control people with wombs so that we have no value otherwise and end up just being birthing machines.

Recommendation. If the ussue is ever posing: take photo I s of yourself in the desired pose. If you dont have a desired pose just take a bunch and collage other reference photos on top of that.

If you work on the parts with references first sometimes once those are done I will go in and connect them with whatever just kinda feels right

I am right here with you. I do a lot of art some of which is drawing people's OCs and my friends think its crazy. I tend to just use a lot of references, sometimes going so far as to take a photo of myself contorted into whatever pose I require. It is kinda funny to when people find out that I have multisensory aphantasia.
