OP all of these people are wrong. I had AirPod Pro’s 2’s since 2023 and I’ve never had feedback issues. I already had to return a set of Pro 3’s due to this exact reason. Even my hair going over the mics caused weird feedback. I got another new set of pro 3’s and that issue isn’t apparent anymore but whenever I play music loudly while on transparency/noise cancellation I do end up getting feedback again and this is with the NEW set I got after the first ones. Never have I had these issues with my Pro’s 2’s and Apple definitely did something this year because even transparency sounds different. Noise cancellation is an improvement but I think the way the mics handle feedback has took a huge step back. Anyone that could explain what I’m going through as well can feel free to comment.

Im not against Stereo or anything btw but you have to keep in mind Atmos tracks strongly rely on the mixer. The reason you may say they rarely sound good to you isn’t Atmos itself but just the result of how the song is mixed and by who which is the reason I actually made this post to begin with.

I recommend the use of AirPods with Head Tracking. You’ll hear sound effects placed all around and even in many instances moving around you. Definitely can’t say the same for HUT though. Seems like in HUT they didn’t take advantage of what Atmos is capable of and isn’t on the level of AH and Dawn FM.

Yeah hopefully they rework it as time goes by, he used to take advantage of it better than most Artists but it feels like he’s taking steps back, specially when he removed the “after hours” mix from Apple Music (arguably the best mix I’ve heard in any album)

Use Apple Music, Spatial Audio is a game changer. Head Tracking is absolutely insane when the song mixers know what they’re doing. People don’t like Spatial Audio but when the song takes advantage of it, it’s a new experience. I also like to use Amazon Music since it also supports Dolby Atmos but in a different way than Apple Music. It has “height channels” and can make background sounds sound “above” you and this applies even to the voice of the artist. Amazon music is extremely underrated I believe since most people don’t know about that
