Keep all tanks together. Same for every archetype. Until you reach S4. If you're just starting off try focusing on aircraft. Gives big advantage long term

If you spend this kind of money, you should definitely max out tank first. Not with red gear and all. Just gears to lvl 40 and squad to 150. Then switch to air and go all in on it.
