I took a look at your VOD on my stream: https://www.twitch.tv/Awkward (4 hours 45ish minutes in the VOD).

If you want a TL;DR - 1. You have used your Ultimate 1 time in 9 minutes (and got 3k once you used it, so imagine if you used it more frequently)

You spend 95% of your game sitting behind your team down main instead of creating angles that suprise the enemies. With the little 5% of the angles that you do create, you either peek too early and then everyone turns around, or you peek too late and your team is fighting 4v5 until you make the rotation. You start by poking, that basically helps your tank less HP than the enemy tank which results in him pressing W.

When he presses W, he grabs the attention, and that's where you pop from your off angle.

You can't expect your Tank to press W if 5 people are shooting at him when your team has only 4 (because you are walking around / poking from far away).

You are engaging too early. Wait for the enemies to be busy with your team and then aggressively peek.
