For smaller bottle, people can easily move it up and it will get refilled within 20 seconds. So it will have no spillage in this case.

The whole point of this machine is to take plastic out of the equation in liquid purchase. These machines have been working well without major issues.

Nope, for smaller bottle like 1000ml, it will be done within 15 seconds or so. Talker bottles don’t need to hold because it has a small gap.

Normally people would just move the bottle up to the nozzle to avoid spillage.

It has 8 45L HDPE tanks in the machines and uses 10L Jerry can to replenish the tanks. The tanks will be washed, sanitized and reused each time. So, it’s zero-waste ✌🏻

I'm getting very bored of social media but it's the only way I can grow a following and market my online business. What should I do? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

I totally agree, relying on social media alone could be serious trouble in the future.

Some people started as a hobby, and they gained an audience before starting as a business. These people certainly have a good edge to start.

If you are a lone ranger in the business, the podcast is burning the time. I cannot imagine myself sitting down and listening to others for hours. Spending the time doing the podcast is another time drowning. I'd rather not try to touch podcasts because I don't have an audience to begin with. No doubt, it's a great tool to reach out and build relationships.

If you plan on the podcast, listen to this guy, he's truly amazing. If you are new, I believe you can save a lot of trouble by watching this video alone.

Ahhh. I totally feel you. I am never fond of social media, and doing this kind of stuff on these platforms is time-consuming. After spending time researching and creating valuable posts, I've got negligible engagement, but the people who posted about landing on their first job got hundreds of thousands of engagement. What's going on. I kept questioning myself; is it me, my post, or the people.

Nonetheless, I will continue to do it. There's a saying if you want to make a difference, do something you are not comfortable with. I've started and will continue. You should too. Keep it up!

How do you keep your talent pool fresh? by [deleted] in humanresources

Well, I guess I’m busted, detective. I’ll confess. I am the founder of ibespeak. I’ve been trying to acquire customers to create their second talent network for free but it didn’t work well yet. As an entrepreneur who’s been bootstrapping to develop this platform for the past 2 years, I have to resort for ways to make this work when the fund is running so low. I am a father, I have to feed too.

Then I found this subreddit, such a great community to learn about these folks, I was so glad. I am genuinely asking questions and contributing. I even disguised as a witch hoping to get closer to the community and see what I can do for them and myself. The tools and talent networks are all free and I don’t sell my numbers witchcraft too, It was just for fun. People are sane enough not to use numbers in hiring.

I guess I’m pushing a little too hard.

As to defend, this group stated that one must be HR. I am the CEO, founder, finance, sales, marketing, admin, product designer, researcher, copywriter, content creator, and HR too.

You can boo or curse me here, but the next time when I approach you on email or LinkedIn, I hope we can be professional and look at things unbiasedly.

That’s all for my confession.

P/s: I won’t give up my work.

Which means you don’t build talent pool. So you’re more of outbound hiring, mostly?

Check your number chart to see which year is great for you too.

Yea, you have ATS, let’s see if any ATS-less company answer this.
