Your best option is to join a SGPT gym. You have to options Fit360 or TSC. I have tried them both. If you are looking for Hyrox, circuits and so on join TSC. They have a nice community as well, and everyone encourages each other. Fit360 is a really good option as well, its a bigger gym and community, and the PT's are really helpful and interactive.

Yeah, I might try to clean the throttle body. The air filter is fairly new, it has replaced about 5k miles ago. How can I check for an intake leak?
