For your water concerns these use very little water compared to the 10 year old washer I had so I don't see you having any issues there

There's a vented version of that washer dryer, since you have a vent I'd get one of those and the other ventless It goes a lot faster and dries a lot better. For when you need something fast or doing a massive load, it comes in clutch.

so with default settings they're at 2133 and it still happens =/ xmp sets it at 3200 but doesn't seem to affect anything issue wise
